RyanI’m done with dating.Happily-ever-after isn’t in the cards for me, so I’m officially taking myself off the market.Hockey is my mecca. The arena my temple. The ice the altar I worship at.Then…I met her.Strip me naked and run me over with a Zamboni—she’s the textbook definition of a bad love match.Amara Miller, beyond beautiful and effortlessly drawing me into her orbit and making it impossible to resist her.AmaraIt should have been a simple cross-country move.Instead, it sent me crashing—quite literally—into the captain of Coach’s new hockey team.Did I mention he was half-naked when it happened? It doesn’t matter that he’s sexy as sin and the swooniest motherpucker I’ve ever met.I will not lust after hockey players.Been there.Done that.Bought the maternity shirt. And Ryan Donnelly? He’s pretty much Mr. Hockey. The problem is, I’m not the only one enamored with him—my kid is too. It’s turning into a problem, because this mama doesn’t have time to play games when it comes to our hearts.**SCORING BEAUTY is a sporty, sexy romcom featuring a hot-mess (at least in her eyes) single mom who’s about to knock this swoony motherpucking hockey player on his very fine behind. This interconnected stand-alone comes complete with your favorite can’t-mind-their-own-business Covenettes, a next generation trying their hands at the matchmaking shenanigans, and a guaranteed happily-ever-after.**

I was so excited for Scoring Beauty (BTU Alumni #6) because we have all loved Ryan (Captain America) since we first met him. The brother, the friend….the one that had his heart broken a little when he lost the girl who became his best friend. We have all wanted him to get his happy ending as we watch all his friends find theirs. And this story gives us that and more. Back to the craziness of hot hockey players, the Coven and now a new generation coming up the ranks of this world, we are introduced to a few new people…including beautiful single mom Amaya and her hockey obsessed son, Maverick. They are on the outskirts of this world but are quickly pulled in completely. Ryan is hesitant because his heart has been heart before. Amaya is hesitant because her experience with hockey players hasn’t been the best (it’s literally been the worst) but their undeniable chemistry and connection can’t keep them apart. Has Cap finally found is Whoa? This book is funny (because the Coven) but this 2nd generation is hysterical and going to be a doozy I think (I so can’t wait). Yet it was also sweet, romantic and STEAMY! Ryan is just one of the good guys….he’s literally Steve Rodgers/Captain America with his heart of gold, perfect hockey skills and as someone that loves his family & friends with no limits. Amaya is an amazing mom…..having a kid at 15 is no easy joke (it’s not easy at any age) but she’s succeeded and has a kick-as$ kid. Both Ryan and Amaya are afraid to get their hopes up and their hearts hurt until they literally just can’t deny their mutual feelings anymore. I LOVED them together…I think the most out of any of the couples in this series. This book was literal perfection in my eyes. Hockey romance and single mom together with an amazingly obscene of laughter, a bit of drama and a lot of heart. I would recommend you read all the prior BTU books because there is a lot of crazy people in this book/series that you want to get to know to understand everything completely but if you want to read as a stand-alone you will still love it completely.Go read this book….
