I thought this book was very enjoyable. Loved the two main characters - strong single mom trying to survive with two boys after her husband left her for another woman and took all assets. NFL star player who has career ending injury and goes home to heal and make decisions about his next steps. Great chemistry. Lots of heat. Very fun banter! Fairly low angst, but there is drama and pain near the end. Epilogue 5 months out. No cheating. No triggers. HEA. Standalone but in a series with Cam’s brothers. This was the only book I’ve read in this series and it was fine. I plan to go back and pick up the previous books about the other brothers. The siblings have a fun, close relationship and that added to the fun.
