My actual shoe size is 8.5 EEE. I bought these boots in the "normal" size that I get in non custom made shoes, I bought these boots in 9.5 "Wide." They do fit my width in this size... but that's the way I've always bought off the shelf shoes. I've worn them for a week already and they were comfortable right off the bat. They appear to be very sturdy. They are more supportive in the ankle area than I'm used to, but that is good.
