I have been an Aztec Two-step fan for over 50 years now. I bought the first two albums when new, very nice neofolk/softrock and still very listenable and I've bought other efforts since, but haven't liked them much. This disk measures up well to the first two, it's highly enjoyable and shows the twosome at their best. Their first album is still their best, but if you like it, then Second Step, this, and Rex Fowler's solo effort - Gettysburg - are well worth owning.
