I don't especially think any stove gap covers are attractive but they are functional. With my stove being higher than the counter this cover didn't fit well at all. However stoves have adjustable legs so I lowered the stove to the point where it was level to the counter and the gap cover fits perfectly. I would advise people to raise or lower their stove to be level with their counter before using any gap cover. Counters and stoves are built to a standard height with this in mind.They sit in place on my stove and wipe easily. I even use them to help my robot vacuum climb thresholds. I have 2 thresholds that are difficult for the vacuum. I placed the strips along the threshold to create a ramp, then placed a small rug over it, The robot vacuum was able to get over the threshold with ease.This product does what it is intended, filling or covering a gap. The instructions imply an unrealistic situation.This is going to work perfect for me. I have a space between my vanity and my shower so I'm going to put a bead of caulk on the shower and use this to fill this spaceSimple to trim to size, and doesn’t have a silicone or plastic like scent. I got the clear and I highly recommend.I liked the easy installation on my stove "cracks" especially when working with flour. No more floating between the counter and stove with these counter top gap covers.I love this product, it really stop food and grease from getting in between your stove and your counter top!Great for keeping messes out of areas between stove and counter when cooking.Received the 2 pieces. Placed them along the stove. They are a very pliable silicon/rubber so they don't lay straight on their own. The installation instructions were amazingly confusing for the simplicity of the product and because they are so pliable, they won;t be able to bridge gap greater than 1/2 inch without sagging. for my needs, a stiffer product would have worked best. But they essentially do what they are supposed to.So simple an idea, but SO HELPFUL. I'm not the messiest cook, but I'm also not the tidiest - and I often find myself dropping ingredients and splattering gravies, etc, in between the stove and the counter. And I really had no idea JUST HOW MUCH until I bought a pair of these and started using them. The amount of food and mess I wipe up off of them after cooking is quite hilarious to me! I'm glad I now can catch all the drips and bits and I would recommend these to EVERYONE.They come in a really long length but they are super easy to just cut to the right length for your needs.This does not look good at all. It doesn't stay in place , 2-sided tape is needed. It was pretty easy to install and cut to shape, but there is no way I'm keeping this.There are white and black ones sold too, you will need to search for them because color options drop-down is not built in the listing.They work really well to stop drips down between counter and stove. The clear color is great because it works with color of stove and counter, it’s almost unnoticeable.Easy to install.Openings in counter tops for stoves aren't consistant so the stove had to be shifted a bit to achieve correct gap either side. Gap was still too wide so I shimmed one end of the counter top with a piece of yardstick and everythiing was fine.
